Thank you for shopping with Bubu Baby Gift. We aim to provide you with high-quality products for your baby. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps you should take if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
By purchasing from Bubu Baby Gift, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read the entire policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unopened).
- The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or order confirmation email) must be provided.
If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Baby clothing and personal items that have been worn or opened.
- Items that are final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@bububabygift.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and return instructions.
- Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error in the order. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Return Packaging: Please securely package the item to ensure it is not damaged in transit. Write the RA Number clearly on the return package.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We will assist you in exchanging the item for the correct one.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return requirements. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
- A description of the issue.
We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the estimated processing time, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card provider to confirm whether the refund has been processed.

8. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

- For exchanges or returns of non-defective items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item is received by us.
9. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns, but you may incur additional shipping costs. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes are not refundable, and you will be responsible for these costs.
10. Gift Returns
If you received a gift from someone and wish to return it, we can offer you a store credit for the value of the item, provided it meets the return conditions. Please provide the gift receipt or the order number from the original purchaser.
