At Bubu Baby Gift, we strive to provide efficient shipping services. We offer multiple shipping methods to cater to your needs, and delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days from the shipment date. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day if placed before the cutoff time (usually 12:00 PM EST). Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working to expand our shipping options in the future.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery destination. You will be able to view the applicable shipping fees during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the U.S.
- Expedited and Overnight Shipping Fees: These are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of your order.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return the products or cancel the order after it has been shipped.
4. Order Processing Time
After placing your order, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on weekdays will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track the status of your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to see the status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipping. However, expedited and overnight shipping methods may not be available to P.O. Box addresses.
- Restricted Locations: We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to shipping restrictions or the size of the product.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Bubu Baby Gift is committed to ensuring that your products arrive safely. However, once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for resolution. - Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that a replacement or refund is processed.
- Missing Items: If you suspect that an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where shipping delays occur due to various factors such as weather, natural disasters, or holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors outside of our control.

9. Signature Requirement
Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, we will inform you during checkout, and you will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.

- Delivery Acceptance: You are responsible for accepting delivery of your order. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to accept it, the carrier may return the package to us, and you may be charged for the cost of re-shipping.
